Ringo as a child
Ringo's parents, Richard and Elise, did not always get along and eventually got a divorce. Ringo and his mother lived together in a smaller home. A few years later, Elise remarried to Harry Graves, who bought Ringo, his first drum set.

After The Beatles, Ringo went on making solo albums. The band was called "Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band". They released their first album in 1990.
